British food, generally speaking, has a reputation for being bland and boring.  The food I devoured on my trip was anything but that!  It was delightfully tasty, satisfying and diverse (Thai, Swedish, Indian, Italian...all so delicious!).  In addition to the Rick Steves' guidebook, I also relied upon Food Hoods (a small guidebook of places to eat and drink in London) when selecting an eating establishment.  It's hard to pick a favorite place...but if I had to choose...it would be Watson's Bistro in Conwy.
