Day 2

Tour of Bath and The Roman Baths
Today we explored Bath. We learned about the history and establishment of Bath through buildings of significance - such as the Royal Crescent, the Circus, and the Theatre Royal. My favorite building was the Circus. I loved the acorn finials near the top and the frieze on the first level depicting different arts and crafts. Our walking tour ended at the Roman Baths. The tour of the Roman Baths was self-guided. Don't forget to try the spring water at the end, before leaving. The rest of the afternoon and evening was free. I still felt jet lagged, so ended up doing a load of laundry and staying in for the night.
