Day 4

Lacock, Avebury Stone Circle, Blenheim Palace
Leaving Bath behind us, we made a short stop at Lacock - a village stuck in time. In Avebury, we had a fun surprise waiting for us. Our bus driver, Ben, arranged a demonstration by a hunter and his dogs. I'm a true cynophilist (dog lover), but I kept my distance because the beagles were marking people. Yikes! After exploring the stone circle, we dispersed for lunch in Woodstock. Then, together, we made our way to Blenheim Palace. It was very crowded on the palace grounds because they were hosting the Salon Privé Supercar Show. There were lots of rare and expensive sports cars. I even spied a couple of helicopters!
